VERY Interesting thread on commentary regarding re-assessment of the current Law School curriculum and how effective it is(n't) and launching law-ready students.
It also touches on the subject of anonymous blogging. Rule of thumb is that anonymous blogs are written with an axe to grind; a troll who can no longer access the forums or people they were annoying and the information is suspect.
HOWEVER, there are exceptions: when it could personally damage someone's career or put them in harm's way (and not just imagined). If telling like it is, using facts and solid content will get you penalized, then I can see the merit of being anonymous.
